Project Managers
Our Project Managers assist our Account Managers by maintaining the status of all ongoing publication projects, both internal (account, medical, and editorial) and external (author, client, and journal/congress), through interactions with project teams and clients. They are responsible for providing daily updates to all stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle. Project Managers also research relevant journals and congress databases to update grids used by internal and client teams and perform Datavision™ administration including project entry, database maintenance, and quality assurance.
Project Managers should have a BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related health sciences and 1 to 2 years of general business, pharmaceutical, and/or medical communications company experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience working within a medical communications company on publication plans. Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Datavision™ experience is a plus.
